The passion of aviation is infectious and every now and then you find a place and group of people that are taking it to the next level. One of the reasons I enjoy going to work everyday is that I get to be a part of this type of community in America’s Seaplane City – Tavares, FL.

On April 1st & 2nd this year I was able to celebrate my 30th birthday with being a part of the SEAPLANE-A-PALOOZA event at the Tavares Seaplane Base (FA1). The Experimental Aircraft Association (EAA) put together an awesome video that captures both the passion for aviation in the community of Tavares and the new & improved pre-Sun ‘n Fun SEAPLANE-A-PALOOZA event!
