Flying & Fun in America’s Seaplane City is an article I wrote for Aviation Digest, it was published in this month’s edition. The piece is really the story of four friends of mine who came to visit me in Tavares, Florida this past January and did some seaplane flying (the real reason for their visit). Flying seaplanes is really the ultimate experience in the passion-filled hobby/vocation of aviation. I recommend to every aviation enthusiast, pilot or not, that at some point they go for a flight in a seaplane!
