On December 30, 2013 I created the blog that would become ReviewBeforeFlight. The name came a few months later thanks to a thoughtful contribution from a student in one of my Bridgewater State University aviation management courses. It really is hard to believe that it’s been 10 years.

As 2023 comes to a close so does my second term as President of MAMA, the two plus years I’ve spent in the role have been extremely rewarding. I’m also excited to have been re-elected to another term as President of EAA Chapter 51!

Another year has gone by with the site being mostly dormant. I don’t expect that to change soon but my CFI renewal is due this year and I do expect to renew it, maybe that’ll give me something to write about… we’ll see. Fly safe!
